Choose Saxony accessories by compatibility, not by quantity
The most useful accessories solve a specific problem without changing the gazebo’s structural or appliance requirements. Start with the parts already supplied, then add only what your measured layout needs.
Check what is already included
The Saxony XL listing includes side counters and movable magnetic accessory hooks. You may need fewer additional shelves than a bare-frame photograph suggests. Keep tools accessible without blocking the grill controls or a walking route.
Practical accessory categories
- Prep and serving: Suitable removable cutting boards, trays and an independently supported outdoor cart.
- Equipment protection: A cover approved for the appliance, used only after it has cooled as its instructions require.
- Lighting: Outdoor-rated task lighting placed outside heat and clearance zones, with an appropriate electrical supply.
- Organization: Use supplied hooks within the manufacturer’s guidance rather than adding heavy loads to the frame.
Additions that need separate approval
Do not assume a universal roof cover, enclosure, hanging heater, extractor, chimney extension or post-mounted shelf is compatible. Check the gazebo and appliance manufacturers’ instructions before adding one. A homemade heat shield does not establish reduced safe clearances.
Anchoring is not an optional accessory
Follow the model-specific foundation and anchoring instructions. Decorative pavers or loose gravel are not, by themselves, a confirmed anchoring system. The required attachment depends on the actual support beneath the gazebo.

For each add-on, record its dimensions, weight, outdoor rating, attachment method and clearance requirements. If those details are missing, resolve them before ordering. Avoid a “test burn” as a substitute for proving that the installation is permitted.
