Use real dimensions
The current manufacturer listing gives an overall width of 168.63 inches and depth of 120.63 inches. Those are exterior dimensions, not unobstructed space between posts. Use the manual’s layout before positioning a foundation or ordering furniture.
What the documented kit offers
The model has cedar framing and a steel hip roof, with pre-cut and pre-drilled components. These reduce fabrication work, but do not establish a one-evening installation or permission to hang a fan from any rafter.
Try the intended arrangement
- Mark the support locations and surrounding access routes.
- Place table and chair templates, including pulled-out chairs.
- Check door swings, drainage and access for upkeep.
- Compare the 14×12 only if its actual additional depth solves a specific space problem.
Include installation in the budget
Anchoring is required as specified, not merely an optional precaution for high winds. Have the support surface assessed, review the exact assembly sequence and arrange the necessary help before delivery.
