Prepare for Saxony XL installation before delivery
Use the instructions for the model on your boxes. The Saxony XL manual for 2206083B/2306219B is the assembly reference for those models; a general gazebo video cannot replace its sequence.
Confirm the location and foundation
The manual calls for square, level supports and provides an anchoring layout. Concrete-mounting hardware is included. Deck-mounting hardware must be sourced separately, and the structure below the deck needs adequate support.
Set up a staging area
- Check boxes for damage and compare their contents with the parts lists.
- Group wood and hardware by the printed identifiers.
- Protect panels and finished surfaces while they are laid out.
- Plan clear access for helpers and roof-component handling.
Follow the order in the kit manual
Check the specified part and fastener at each stage. Resolve missing or damaged components before improvising a substitute. Plan sufficient help and daylight; a two-person Arcadia evening build does not predict the effort for this kit or your site.
Before placing the grill
Complete the specified assembly and anchoring checks. Then confirm the appliance’s instructions allow the intended covered location and that its operating clearances are available. Install the PowerPort using its separate supplied instructions and arrange any permanent electrical work with a qualified electrician.
