Reasons to shortlist it
- You want a defined cooking area rather than a large dining pavilion.
- You can use the supplied counter layout without structural alterations.
- You have a suitable location and an approved foundation plan.
Reasons to reconsider the layout
If you want an enclosed room, substantial seating or built-in masonry appliances, draw the plan before choosing the shelter. Appliances need their own operating space and clearances. The overall roof dimensions do not represent an unobstructed kitchen floor.
Assembly and ownership questions
Read the model-specific manual before delivery to plan helpers, tools, staging and anchoring. The Arcadia video below shows a different kit; its completion time does not establish a Saxony installation time. Keep space and budget for finish care and access to replacement parts as well as the initial purchase.
