Prepare the Arcadia site and kit together
For an Arcadia 12×9.5 setup, plan the support surface from the kit drawings before assembly. Compacted gravel or loose patio pavers alone do not establish the permanent attachment the gazebo needs.
Check the foundation requirements
The Arcadia 2306073B manual calls for square, level footings, a concrete pad or a deck, and includes a separate anchoring layout. Deck attachment requires suitable hardware and adequate structural support beneath it.
Plan the delivery and staging space
- Leave room to lay out parts without blocking the building area.
- Compare wood, panels and hardware with the parts lists.
- Protect finished surfaces while sorting.
- Resolve missing or damaged items before starting.
Use the exact assembly sequence
Read ahead to understand when pieces are assembled on the ground and how larger components will be handled. Match each fastener to its step. Check alignment as instructed rather than forcing the structure to fit an inaccurate base.
