Check the actual package
The manufacturer’s 14×12 listing describes cedar framing, a galvanized steel hip roof and a PowerPort accessory. Confirm the exact model, current manual and included parts with the seller. An all-metal alternative also needs maintenance; compare actual care instructions rather than assuming it is maintenance-free.
Test the furniture layout
Use the post and opening dimensions in the assembly drawings. Lay out the table with chairs pulled back and room to pass. A six-seat set is not a standard size, so the “14×12” label alone cannot confirm its fit.
Compare complete project costs
