When comparing large gazebos for sale, start with the job the shelter must do and the site where it will stand. A low kit price is not the full project cost, and the largest roof is not always the most useful layout.

- Exact brand, model number and current assembly manual.
- Overall dimensions, post positions and usable openings.
- Roof and frame materials and included components.
- Delivery access, unloading and staging needs.
- Foundation, anchoring, assembly and any electrical work.
- Applicable warranty terms and replacement-part support.
Use Barrington 24×12 as one documented option
The manufacturer listing specifies a cedar frame and steel hip roof. It is not a roof-decking or shingle package. Use the assembly drawings to test furniture arrangements rather than assuming a dining area, lounge and kitchen will all fit.
Check ratings and additions separately
